Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an animal has sold, pricing was listed in error, or we judge the sale unsuitable. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
Buyer eligibility and legality
You are responsible for confirming that any species you order is legal to own, import, and keep in your state, county, and municipality. Regulations vary and change; some invertebrates are federally restricted in the United States. We do not ship where a species is prohibited, and orders placed for restricted destinations will be cancelled.
Live animals
Livestock is sold subject to our Live Arrival Guarantee. The animal shown in a listing’s photos is the exact animal you will receive, unless the listing states otherwise. Sex is noted on the listing where known; where it is not specified, the animal is unsexed.
Care and health
Our care guides are educational and reflect general husbandry experience — they are not veterinary advice. Once an animal is delivered and unpacked, its health depends on your husbandry, and responsibility passes to you. For medical concerns, consult a qualified exotics veterinarian.
Payment and shipping costs
Payment is taken at checkout or arranged directly for methods such as Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Bitcoin. Shipping is calculated at checkout and, for livestock, reflects the cost of FedEx overnight service and thermal packaging.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, care guides, SpeciesVault entries, and branding — is the property of Terrarium Station LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
